Our Philosophy
We believe that psychotherapy can be immensely useful in helping our clients to achieve their goals. Whether it is to reduce unwanted psychological symptoms, improve overall wellbeing, reconnect with a loved one, or overcome obstacles to life satisfaction and happiness, psychotherapy can be a tool to help you make lasting changes. As psychologists, we aim to implement evidence-based practices and theoretical approaches to our work with clients, while also instilling the client with a sense of ownership over the work that is done in therapy. We hope to work alongside you as you pursue your unique goals. We will help you to gain insight into your patterns of behavior and the way you relate to others, and how these patterns influence your presenting concerns.
